I have no interest in an edit war, and so for the meantime I will not revert your edits (re 3RR/EditWar policy) to the pages Official Bulletin and Early Development Version's feature regarding the entry visa line. However, you are incorrect, My proof (on WP page, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visa_(document)); "The [visa] may be a document, but more commonly it is a stamp endorsed in the applicant's passport" - clearly, the passport is not in itself a visa.
EDIT: Temporary_visa_slip refers to the fact that the visa stamp is placed onto the slip, in the absence of a passport to put it into. It does not mean that the slip is a replacement for a passport, and merely serves as a convenient place to hold the visa stamp.
Please do not call other editors "worthless bastards" - this action may have consequences if brought before wikia or admin staff as it violates wiki policy.
