Official Bulletin

The official bulletin for November 23rd, 1982 as seen in the game.

The Ministry of Admission's Official Bulletin is issued to the inspector daily. As it is constantly updated with information, it should be checked before calling the first entrant. Note that the bulletin has multiple pages, and the inspector can flip through them by clicking on the bottom-right and left corners.

Aside from the date, the first two pages of the bulletin are exactly the same as on the day before. Headlines on the back and a list of wanted criminals on page 3 are different, as usual (except that Simon Wens appears on the list on both days).
