The October 1982 Labor Lottery is a labor lottery in Arstotzka. It reassigns the inspector to the Grestin border checkpoint[1] from the "shit-hole" Nirsk. Arstotzka's labor lottery is run by the Ministry of Labor[2], and it is a means of providing employment to or reassigning the employment of citizens through a randomly-selected lottery. Laborers are expected to support healthy families with said job.
Dimitri, Ministry of Admission divisional authority of East Grestin operations, will express doubt toward the labor lottery as a means of worker selection if the inspector receives at least one citation by day 10.[3]
