Day 24 is Thursday, December 16th, 1982 in story mode. Altan citizens are suspected of the previous day's attack and the M.O.A. issues new orders to confiscate their passports. Note that when Altan entrants have no issues with their documents, they should still be allowed to enter Arstotzka even if their passports have been confiscated.

Rules in effect

• All denials must be accompanied by reason for denial (not in the rulebook)
• Entrant must have a passport
• Arstotzkan citizens only

Events

• The first entrant is an Arstotzkan from Altan. If their passport is confiscated, they refuse to leave the booth and have to be detained.
• The fourth entrant is an EZIC messenger who gives the inspector a note that says, "We have missed our chance. Man in red survives. He now targets EZIC agents in Kolechia. Our plans must adapt."
• The sixth entrant is another Arstotzkan from Altan.
• The eighth entrant is Jorji Costava. His papers are valid but his face is on the wanted list. Allowing entry will lead to a citation but he thanks for the inspector for helping him.
• Day 24 will always continue until the ninth entrant has entered the booth, regardless of the time. After the ninth entrant, the day will end when either time runs out, or a randomly generated smuggler appears, is approved for entry and commits a suicide bombing.
• At the end of the day, the inspector will receive 5 credits for each two entrants detained in the past two days (as per his deal with Calensk). The bonus caps at 30 credits.
